The portal facilitates the refund process and does not independently approve or authorize refunds.

5. Refund Request & Verification

Student submits the refund request through the portal.

The request is verified by the college where the admission is currently active.

Supporting documents, if required, shall be verified during processing.

Refund shall be processed by the designated authority as per the applicable policy.

6. Refund Timeline

Refund timelines depend on verification, approvals, and banking procedures. Delay due to incomplete documents or incorrect details shall not be responsibility of the portal.
