Welcome to the Centralised Admission Portal. By accessing and using this portal, the applicant agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting any application.


1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of this portal constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, instructions issued by the Directorate of Colleges Higher Education, Government of Jammu & Kashmir (UT), and all applicable rules notified from time to time.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must ensure that they satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed for the relevant course, college, university, reservation category, and programme. Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee admission.

3. Accuracy of Information

Applicants are solely responsible for providing accurate personal, academic, category, and contact details. Any incorrect, misleading, or false information may lead to:

  • Rejection of candidature
  • Cancellation of admission
  • Withholding of allotment
  • Action under applicable rules
4. Admission Process

Admissions shall be governed by merit, reservation rules, seat availability, programme preferences submitted by the candidate, and applicable University Statutes, University Regulations, Government Orders, and official admission notifications.

5. Document Verification

All admissions are provisional until verification of original documents by the concerned institution or competent authority. If any discrepancy is found, admission may be cancelled.

6. Application Fee

Application fee once paid shall be governed by the published refund policy, if any. Payment gateway charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

7. Candidate Responsibility

Applicants must regularly visit the portal for notices, merit lists, allotment schedules, corrections, counselling updates, and deadlines. No separate individual communication is guaranteed.

8. Portal Availability

While every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted service, the portal may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, internet disruption, or force majeure conditions.

9. Misuse of Portal

Any attempt to misuse the portal including unauthorized access, submission of forged documents, automated attacks, impersonation, or data manipulation may invite legal and administrative action.

10. Final Authority

In matters relating to admission, interpretation of rules, eligibility, seat allotment, and dispute resolution, the decision of the competent authority / concerned university / Directorate shall be final and binding.

11. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be revised, updated, or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the portal implies acceptance of such changes.
